We are an association of Patent Attorneys and Attorneys at Law offering legal services in all areas of Intellectual Property Law, among them, in the patent, trademark, utility model and design field, as well as in licensing, unfair competition and copyright matters.

In these fields, our services include the preparing, filing and prosecuting of German and foreign applications, for example at the German Patent and Trademark Office, at the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Office for Harmonization (OHIM) in Alicante, Spain.

We provide litigation services, with a special emphasis on trademark and patent litigation.

Our main office is located in Munich, seat of the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office and the German Federal Patent Court. Our premises are situated in the heart of Munich next to the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) and the Palace of Justice in close vicinity to the District Court (Landgericht) and the Appellate Court (Oberlandesgericht) and in short distance to the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office.

Our further office is located in Jülich, next to the cities of Cologne, Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) and Düsseldorf. The main emphasis of our office in Jülich is the field of Life Science/Biotechnology. The vicinity to Belgium and the Netherlands enables us to attend oral hearings even on short notice at the branch of the European Patent Office in The Hague where the major part of the biotechnology inventions is meanwhile handled. A further advantage of this location is the close distance to Düsseldorf, important forum for patent litigation matters, and its specialized Patent Chambers of the District and Appellate Court.
